Through Client Directed Home Care Invoicing, you receive approved hours of service from Alberta Health Services, and Ephraim Stat Care invoices Alberta Blue Cross directly, so you don’t have to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement.

Who Qualifies for Client-Directed Home Care Invoicing?
To be eligible for Alberta’s CDHCI program, you must:
- Be a resident of Alberta with a valid health care card.
- Require assistance to remain safe and independent at home and prefer to direct your own care.
- Receive a Home Care assessment and meet the requirements determined by an Alberta Health Services case manager.
